The owner here has done a nice job and picked up vBSEO which I think will really help out his site.
I didn't do much, just a little seo tweaking.. the same thing that some other website, which I'm not going to name names but.. they wanted to charge 500$ for the same thing if not slightly more then I did for $50..lol
anyways, here is the list

- moved attachments to a file system to lower the server load.
