Sorry for the delay I did not realise that the inbox limit was only 5 - it has been cleared out - there was no midunderstanding the blog/and owned license is what i am talking about

A friend of mine posted his license number on his forum, because a few members accused him of using a nulled board.
So, he got mad and posted the license number just to prove them wrong...
2 weeks after that, his license has been removed.
He now uses IPB.

Good and now where are you writing the Public Apology? I have explained to you on three occasions as to what has happened and yet you are still posting this slanderous accusations all over this website.

For anyone else who has to know I placed a cheque into the bank, 3 days later I paid for this and many other things however it works out the cheque was not cleared in time - bank made some excuse about high demand at this time of year etc etc - the cheque has since been cleared and all payments have been reissued to people i had paid the other day.

As for the continued accusations by crow despite telling him in 2 seperate pms' what he is saying is slanderous and is classed under legal law as defimation of character, so now that he has his money (or it should be in within the next 24 hours) once the money is there I expect a public apology in each and every thread he has slandered me in or I will seek legal intervention.

Since this is an on going issue, I'll only comment on two things one being the check and the "Slander" comments..

First off the "cheque". If need be, I could ask Brandon the owner of this site go thru the database and show you that I've got nothing in my PM about any need for a check to clear or otherwise anything else for that matter..

And on to the slander comment, my friend a "Slander" suit will only work if the slander wasn't true, as you can see by the attached paypal page you are disputing the charges, so my comments on this site stating that you got the license was true, and now my comment that you are trying to get the cash back are with proof below also true!

Like my mom always told me if it looks like a duck and quacks like a duck its a duck...

Currently he is not returning any of my PM's and has not come on his MSN to talk with me to fix this issue, I called and talked with paypal again, and they told me he has not called them like he told me he did (Everytime you call them about your account/error/etc its noted on the account.), and they told me that all he has to do to fix this so called error is call them and tell them the charges weren't errors and they will give me the cash back simple as that..

Tho I see his actions are speaking louder then his words!
Brandon could you PM me his IP's listed under his username in the admin area so that I could give that info to the right people taking care of this issue?
