help with forum upgrade


hi, I own a vbulletin forum and I'm in need of an upgrade. I'm running version 3.6.3 and I need help installing the newest version, I don't know how. I'm also trying to have a flasherize flashchat installed/intergrated with the new upgrade. If anyone can help me, I'd really really appreciate it.
