I have a hosting account already for UNIC hosting at 1and1.com

I will buy Vbulletin VBSEO, etc etc.

I want someone to:
build me 1-2 skins that I like
setup VBULLETIN VBSEO and a few other addons (free ones)
be able to guide me moderatley to setting up and using the forum software

I as well want an integration package foradvertising and some other things

Please reply with a ballpark quote and examples of your work. I am looking at spending 750-850 for the work.

I moved your thread to the correct category.

I can do everything but build the skins, to setup vb, vbseo and install few hacks will run you 75$ from me.

Look around the forums, You might find a better offer.

I'm not good at building skins, but I can install vBulletin and vBSEO with no problems.

I can customize a existing skin, i usually charge $75-$100USD depending on how custom.

a lot cheaper then starting from scratch.
