I'll suggest this link to anyone selling a license.. I just seen an owned one for sale at DP
vbultlin forum for sale - bin $175

The guy's selling the forum, and DB, but on the 2nd page he said he'll sell the license for 90$

I do have one available now, but it is Eligble for transfer in 10 months, although you can still use this license, but will not have access to it - but I will point it to your domain and will send you vBulletin Files.
