it's great for affiliate links. I'm going to work on the template to make it look a bit better.

basically it can take a long url like

new TinyURL site

and make it
new TinyURL site - vBulletin Setup

Another good use of it is...

Say your sending an IM to a friend and the url is to long or breaks up in the message ? Same thing with Emails... You can convert a long url to something shorter and easier to send.
