RGM allows a vBulletin administrator to show random messages or announcements anywhere on a vBulletin powered page.

Is this a free product? I don't see a price, but also do not see a download. Only at your site I am assuming? Anyways looks like a good product, ill have 2 check it out when I get on comp.

It can be used forever. You will only have to pay for updates once your license has run out which will be a nominal fee.
