I am selling a Unique Website with its own forum.

Here is a little information about the website

I opened the website back in 2006 with its own unique name and design. It started of great My website became popular in google went to Page Rank 3 - 4 you can see that older threads in the forum has a lot of views because its high ranked in search engines. Well during the year I got lazy and the site became dusty I was busy with other things and I had no funds to support the site thats when I found a job outside my house.. So I was hoping to get this website back together but alone I am not able to motivate myself.. So I gave it a last bost recently posted some threads installed some hacks etc.

Here what the site has!

Forum Vbulletin OWNED LICENSE (expired) 3.6.7 PL1 which the forum is running now, so you need to renew it in order to upgrade to the latest

VBSEO license running the 3.0.0 in order to upgrade you need to renew

Vbulletin Copyright Removal

All the hacks that installed like Custom fields, RSS ETC ( also Wordpres integrated with the forum, so if you post something in wordpress its get posted in the forum also)

I also have a vbAdvance license bought for the site, which is basicly you can remove the copyright but I started to use wordpress which also has a custom template but has some bugs with it but easy fixable if you know wordpress..

Also I have reviewPost which also you need to renew to download the latest

Also I got banned from adwords its because I clicked my own ads by accident STUPID ME But I dont think the site got banned so if you interested checking if the site words with google adwords e-mail them thats why I use adbrite**

Not only the .com domain will be included but also .us .biz .org .net

The .com domain expiring June 30th so I will renew it for you 1 year free and Transfer the site to your hosting.

Anyways this site has huge potential if you get some traffic going you can make a lot of money from commissions, since each year more and more people shop online to save money.

This site is also approved for shopping.com api program, so a good coder who is good with xml and api programs can code and make the site like resellerratings.com

Just so you know, if you accidentally click your own ads you should write to Google immediately and tell them... you'll get a snotty form letter in response, but they won't ban you if you confess. Good luck with your sale!

yeah but regardless if you sell the site, you will still be banned on google and wont be able to use it on other sites (if you're getting out of the webmaster business though, its ok)
