This is the site I am selling: Lurking Mastermind
I have been offered a flat $1000 by PM. I am interested to see if anyone feels it is worth more and is willing to make an offer. I am selling the domain and the databse and am willing to part with licences for vB and vBlog and vBSEO, but only as part of a package deal. To clarify, you can buy the databse only or the domain and database, and in addition you may buy the licences. The licences are not for sale seperately.
I will bring some stats to the table soon as I am able.
What do you think initially??
