vHosting
vHosting is a add-on I've made for vBulletin that will help you manage your hosting requests.
If you have WebHost Manager you can vHosting to automatically create and terminate account or edit the quota and bandwidth.
You can use the usergroup permission to control which usergroups can request or upgrade their hosting, change their details such as subdomain or username, or view the list of users that are hosted.
The permission system can be used for promotions but it is not versatile as you can't limit a plan to one usergroup. I have another system for subscriptions that works a lot better and I'll explain below.
When you create a new plan you can select a subscription to tie into it. Then you can select the usergroup that ties into the subscription. In the future I am going to use this system for use of the promotions system.
When someone's subscription expires you'll receive a private message telling you the user's site and their username they chose for their site. Alternatively you can go to a page that lists all the expired subscribers. In the future I'll list the active subscribers as well.
