I'm interested in a low-cost vBSEO license. I have no idea what the transferring policy is but I'm just interested in a cheap license. I don't care if update access has expired (unless it means you cannot transfer the license) as I just want to get it installed on my forum in even a basic version. I will worry about upgrading later.
