I have a 'battle' mod on my social networking site (WDBuddies - Where Disney Fans Become Disney Friends) that puts two pictures that have been uploaded and shared and the members vote on which one wins as their 'favorite'. It's kind of a cool little feature and does make my members spend a little more time on the site. Plus, it feeds into a 'battle leaders' block on my homepage (bottom left) which keeps track of how many 'wins' and 'losses' folks have.

So, it pushes folks to add more pictures and share with each other more.

Yes mine could be used for the exact same function. It could be used for many things. As I said, I saw a huge market from people on vbulletin.org that wanted this so I decided to make it. However now I have lost interest and don't have the time to turn this into a full on commercial product. That is why I've decided to sell.
