It's very valuable because it has the words pc-magazine and pcworld in it. It has no PR and No Alexa ranking yet, and doesn't actually exist, but if you want it, I'll go ahead and register it... then you can buy it for a cool 20K. (I hear that's what this type of site is going for...)
