I've used an E-Collar before when training dogs and it's quite effective... as you can see. ;)

A friend wanted to borrow it to get her dog to stop chasing the cat so in an effort to show her the various level of stimuli she held it in her hand as I hit her with a Level 1, then a Level 2 and then I jumped it (secretly) to a Level 7... she nearly fell back out of her chair. Pretty damn funny really!

Oh, and yes her dog is cured of chasing the cat!
