Well let's see. I'm 26 yrs old, I live in BFE, Missouri, and am a proud and somewhat crazy mom of 4 kids. I have a 9 year old daughter Tristyn, Maicey will be 5 tomorrow, and my twins Evan and Gavin are 2. I go to college full time and to make sure I have all my hours busy I am a co-owner of a website. Did I mention that I am thinking about starting my own business making baby gifts?

I had never had any admin experience when we started our site so it has pretty much been learn as we go. We are currently working on getting our rankings up as well as getting quality members rather than the thousand members we have had join that look and leave.

Well hopefully these guys can show me a trick or two because I'm not the brighest when it comes to some of this vbull mumbojumbo. I swear they make everything as hard as they possibly can.

I already have a question too, when we installed our reputation hack, for some reason on our main page it says "Top Repulation" instead of Top Reputation. I can't find in any of the templates where it is wrong. I even tried a search on Repulation thinking it would find it but no luck there. Any suggestions? (Do I need to put this question elsewhere, see I lied, two questions :para)

Obviously I'll need to learn the smilie codes here as well. I would be so much better off with universal codes. Ahh, I guess I can dream.
