Entering the Drop Zone

Howdy folks, I just stumble upon this site while searching for ways to optimize my vbulletin forum (ArmyParatrooper.org - Home of the Airborne!)and increase search engine visibility (who isn't, right?). I'm relatively new to the vbulletin thing, having crossed the street from the phpbb side of the house. I must say that I'm quite impressed with vb so far as it has made what used to be tons of manual coding quite easy with the importing of plugins, etc. I've been in the Paratrooper community business for a few years and decided to start my own so I could have the ultimate say so on what goes on . I look to continue to refine my website and integrate things that prove beneficial to the members. Now I'm off to go look around...

Welcome to the site airborneCAL

I was once a avid phpbb2 user myself, and agree that the new product and plugin system makes hacking a board almost painless..lol

Your story is one of many that I've seen where a user is a member of X site and wanted to start their own for several reasons. ( I started this site because I seen several vb help sites, and thought to myself " I can do this" )

I wish you the best of luck, and if you have any questions, don't be afraid to ask
