Hi, My name is Tim,aka-blind-eddie. I run vb 3.6.4 on a Americas Army Web site. I originally did not build my site, but maintain it now and have built 3 more non vb sites since I started almost a year ago. And after learning everything I know about site building, maintaining & adding hacks/mods, I still have a tendency of saying ohs*** after I load something that messes up things a Lil. But nevertheless I got somewhat good( yea right,wait till I ask dumb stuff) at it.Every thing has been going great....until today. I loaded a new style to my site accidentally hit merge into other style, and hit ok....Then I cried, cause my site was a mess. Alot of things didn't work. I tried everything to fix it, no luck.
So I went to my host company and requested they install a backup. Well,that too was a mess. I have had corrupt files in my backups...like I would know, right....So now there telling me I need to reload vb......There went 100's & 100's of hours down the drain. Now I start all over..

But my site backup didnt load all the colors and many error'r, including login. I would rather wait till I get new one up...btw, the style I had was custom made...Take a look at my site...you will see.

try chmodding the clientscript/vbulletin_css/ folder to 777

just don't delete the database !
