im new to the who v bulletin thing, can someone direct me to a thread that teaches you how to install a template? thank you

people, i'm completely new to this v bulletin, i've been using forums for while now, so i thought it might be intresting to try to make one. I hope to learn alot from this forum. Thanks for everything!
