Ouch. I`d advise you to talk with the guys at joomla to not get in trouble with that domain. Usually these guys are cocky when it comes to domains.

I see you have a nice site, quite well developed, and I like the format ( it breaks from the usuall format of a forum ), gives something appealing to the eyes. THe domain is the only issue, they can lawsuit you for anything.

Thanks for your input, guys. Well, I do believe Joomla is a friendly crowd where every member contributes to the community, I myself have been part of it for years and going to continue to support it. As far as the copyright issue is concerned, there are way too many domain names with "joomla" as part of them. I don't personally think Joomla core members will ever bother acting against their supporters..
