Tight lines from North Carolina

Hi all. I run a couple of fishing forums and have just installed vBSEO on one and am about to do so on the other. I could really use some help in optimizing the search engine setup for keywords like: "fish fishing NC North Carolina charter captain fishing blog fishing forum" etc. I have to admit that vBSEO is a little over my head at the moment. If there is a service for optimizing the setup I'd love to know about it. Thanks for any help!
