Find your page clicks hotzones.
I found this awesome little javascript app, that can actually track where your pages are being clicked. ClickHeat | Clicks heatmap installation is a breeze for anyone with basic HTML knowledge (and of course you have to know how to CHMOD a directory or two).
Basically it tracks every who visists your page, and then shows you where they are clicking at. This can help decide where you may want to place your advertisements for the best possible clicks. I've set mine up with only 3 zones for now. The index(forumhome), the forumdisplay template, and the SHOWTHREAD template to see where everyone clicks.
I'm not real sure where else to set the code up at to track, but i figured these three templates, probably covered 90% of my forum traffic. You can view a demo, and login to a demo of my site, to see where the clicks are currently hot!
ClickHeat
After testing all night, the way it handles the dynamic urls is: Say for showpost.php?t=47321 and showpost.php?t=4378 it will only show one of those two, but the click data is from both, hopefully that makes sense in case anyone was wondering.
This isn't my script, i can offer no support for it, or add anything to it. Visit the authors website for all support/information. I can help integrate it with your vBulletin and thats about it.
