| Just signed up with ClickBank Has anyone used clickbank.com ?
I have a spare domain that I want to test some things out on and I had thought about using an affiliate program like clickbank. I'd like to hear if you know anything about it ?
Thanks |

| Re: Just signed up with ClickBank Never used click bank but I did have a bunch of domains parked with Sedo, what a waste of time it wasn't even worth me setting up the name servers.
Is click bank similar to Sedo?
Thanks,
Dan |

| Re: Just signed up with ClickBank I have sedo domains..a whole bunch of them. I think I should just develop them-- as a sites with content have more worth and can be a portal to my main domain. What do you think about that?
Gee, congrats on the CJ profit brandon. I have been with them for years and maybe I should look back into it. I think I have the audience now to make something out of it.
Keep us posted on how clickbank works..too lazy to sign up for it today. |

| Re: Just signed up with ClickBank I'm waiting for vB to approve me as an affliate through CJ -- I signed up for GoDaddy today and placed a link on Almost Geek.
Hey I got a ?:
If I'm buying domains from GoDaddy, can I click my link and get a piece of the profit back? Or is that against TOS? |

| Re: Just signed up with ClickBank I seen a thread with a similar question.
You're allowed to buy with your affiliate link, but if your doing 1,000$ of dollars in transactions a month, they might not care for it. |

| Re: Just signed up with ClickBank Yep, just some basic html pages with some adsense and a link to the e-books.
I purchased some articles, like 10 - 15 of them for each site and just created a page for each of the articles.

| Re: Just signed up with ClickBank Yes, Just start a thread over at DP asking for like 5 unique articles on the topic and get a couple people to write them, that way you know they won't be "copied".
I have used Constant Content - Article Search Purchase Articles and I have also used a couple PLR articles. |

And Brandon, i felt that way about Linkworth, they don't give you much direction, but I eventually figured it out and you had to sign up for other crap on top of what was already there. Needless to say I didn't keep them long. | |

| Re: Just signed up with ClickBank I've been using linksworth for a few blog links. I make 20$ a month from 2 links on my wifes site.
I've yet to get a paycheck, but it should be any day now |

I usually take the code and I take the title of the ebook and make that the clickable bold link, then I take the first line of the description and add that below.
I can send you an example if needed.
Edit: I thought the same thing when I signed up, just go to the marketplace and find what you need/like.

| Re: Just signed up with ClickBank I just saw that you can make ads with clickbank like google has
I have some on the right top of Twitter Question & Answer | Find Answers Faster | Twitter Search right now
When I get some time, I'll see how I can integrate a set in my affiliate blog ( Affiliate Marketing Blog HeadQuarters) and if that goes well, I may replace one of the boxes here on vBSetup
This is great news IMO!! |

Here is my affiliate info page which may help you with the difference. | Nice job, how has that been going for you? I see the post was earlier this year so it looks relativity new.
btw, I setup your account here, you now have full access to the forums |

My sales are about the same so far this year (I had PayPal as well as link to userCP paid subscriptions for my registered users prior to clickbank.) I have affiliates using one or both of my products and working on getting that affiliate number up. I admit doing very little to draw attention to my affiliate program. It is amazing I get the affiliates I do - therefore, I feel optimistic.
Thanks for full access!

| Re: Just signed up with ClickBank Clickbank is pretty good for niche sites.
The problem is that most forums aren't niche, originally they are just about let's say the Audi A1 but than they expand and soon cover every single car. The less the relevancy of the ad the lower the conversions are, thus ad programs with low relevancy also have low CPC (as they advertisers don't earn anything).
If you are a niche forum, yes, clickbank is excellent with their high-payout ebooks. If you aren't then you would either have to add multiple clickbank-products varying per forum to make sure that they are relevant, or you'd need to use a content relevant advertising program such as AdSense. |
