AdminCP -> Style & Templates -> Style Manager -> Select your skin -> Edit Templates -> Navigation / Breadcrumb Templates -> navbar -> Search for:

HTML Code:
<!-- /logo -->
Add code right before or after that.

For the second one, add the code at the bottom after all the code.
