Just build backlinks and get traffic then sell banner ads.
I've never done all That well with adsense

Any tips on building Backlinks? i know I read a ton about this, but I'm not sure exactly where to start. I don't want to spam other sites with my links, and I guess paying for a link to me just seems ... crazy. If I've got the content then why wouldn't they just come anyway?

Though, my methods certainly don't translate into $$ that's for sure.

Honestly the best way is to post some great Articles. If you post some outstanding news in your niche, and submit a free press release or two, you'll get ppl that repost your info with a link back and any links that you had in the Article..

This is just my Opinion, but I think it's a good method.
