Ok, well it would have helped to see what page this was, but I do see some coding errors in it such as you didn't close some things. But What I am assuming, is how your doing it you must go into all those usercp templates and change them because they normally have that table to the left, where they don't know, so its over compensating.

seems your using the default tempate? try reverting it? if you have customized it, either back up, if you know what you done. Just re-apply it..
