Does this sound like a good advertising idea?

I have a political forum, and I was thinking of possibly writing a "How-To" article, like "How to Become More Politically Informed." And one of the steps would be to visit my website.

Where could I do that online? I know there's WikiHow, but I'm not sure if they'd allow an article like that.

What do you think?

and then most article sites should allow an "how to article"

Its a wonderful idea, and if you've written your article correctly you'll set yourself up for some really good "Link Bait"

There is also an advertiser here on the forums (top right banner) alled DigiX something? i think its called, and they have a great peice of free software to submit your articles automatically. I haven't tested it yet, but their directory submit software is fantastic

Awesome. Well it took me a while to write a 500 word article, but I did it, and I used that digiXMAS tool. So hopefully this will prove helpful.
