If conditional

Does anyone know an if conditional that would include a forum and it's child forums? I want to disallow something in select forums and it would be easier to disallow the forum category and have it apply to it's child forums so I wouldn't have to manually add new forumids each time I made a new forum under the category I want to disallow.

Have you tried just using the parent forum ID to see if it affects the child forums? I have no idea if it would...

If not, I think you'll be stuck using the following:

Code:
<if condition="in_array($forum['forumid'], array(1,2,3,6))"></if>
