Casino and Arcade

I just wanted to get some peoples opinion. On my site I have casino and arcade for members..But I was thinking a lot of sites have this and that is duplicate content..Would I lose or gain SEO by blocking them in sitemap and with robots.txt?

Just wanted to get everyones opinion?
