Delete CMPS Landing Page

Hello,

How do you know if you should have a CMPS landing page or not?

I liked it so that I could have a /email-forum.php but that was silly since it's easy enough to have a copy of index.php at that name anyway.

I'm not using it for anything special. What do you think?

Re: Delete CMPS Landing Page

I think it just depends on peoples preference!

I have CMPS and to be honest, it doesn't really get used or add value to the site. I would love to have wordpress installed and bridged with vbulletin and have the time to update the blog regularly with useful info, etc. etc.

I have new threads showing in the middle, a forum list on the left and other info on the right so I guess it's a good sitemap and the content is always changing.

Re: Delete CMPS Landing Page

I have my slideshow with changing pictures and new stories along with my tabbed content script pulling info from four or five forums. So, I see some use as folks come by and check stuff out.

I think it adds to the overall 'experience' of the site, but not much time is spent there by my folks.
