Dmoz Anyone have any idea of whats going on with Dmoz directory. For weeks i've been trying to add my url, but the site seems to be under construction or somthing- i can't get my site listed..

Re: Dmoz wrong section, I'll move it to the directories btw, the best thing with dmoz is to read the guidlines and give a quality submission to the correct section and then forget about it. submissing can take a few weeks, to a few years to get listed.. just submit Once and then move on ;)

Re: Dmoz talk about years, i submitted one of my sites 2 years back. Clean tech website and in correct section. Its been two years and still it isn't listed.

Re: Dmoz Dmoz is still a great link, but who knows how long they will be online, or what AOL is going to do with the data. They have been up and down, working and not working for the last few months. Only a few weeks ago did AOL bring back editing. Submitting a new URL is still not working, give it time, it looks like things behind the scenes are slowly moving again. Quote |
