Okay, so I've read that to get good PR for my site, I need to have good relevant links from high PR sites linking to mine.

Naturally, the more relevant the better and the higher the better, but the closer you get to those to extremes the more expensive it gets.

I've seen what appears to be "good deals" on PR5 or PR6 sites periodically, but they are never in my "industry" (fitness, weightloss, bodybuilding, nutrition, etc.)

And I don't know how many links at what level of PR is required to move mine up in PR rating.

CAN YOU HELP ME?
- I'm currently a PR1.
- Would love to get to PR4.
- What kind of links would get me there? Like do I need to be budgeting to buy 5 links at 5 different PR5 sites? Or 1 good one at PR6 or PR7 and a couple at PR3? I have no idea.
- And how concerned should I be about the relevancy of the site I get a link on? Will a general all-purpose forum be okay? would a computer-specific site be bad?
- And if I should be concerned, then how do I find high PR sites in the "fitness genre" that are offering paid links?

Really any sort of a link back is a good link, but yes, ones that are relevant will help you alot better.

One day I just checked my sites and found out that I had 3 pr3 and 1 pr4.

So if u just dont check it, then check it, it might suprise u.

it's not exactly what you are asking for, but you can find the appropriate category for your sites and submit them for decent pr backlinks.
