Redirect Urls

I have a question. I have about 10 urls which when you click redirect you to ChatNY. Is that bad for Seo? For instance NY Forum - Chat NY will take you straight to ChatNY. :gday:

Slightly different question Greek, out of all the domains you have which of their keywords are most often searched? "Chat NY", "NYC forums", etc.

Nyc and NY Forums are the most popular terms when looking for Ny based forums.

GoDaddy gives me the option to redirect using 301 or 302.

So, I selected 301.

I figured it out. My vps has that option redirect option 301. So I took care of that.

Is it better to actually make a redirect page with keywords/links/etc?

I remember having a discussion here on vBsetup about it awhile back, but I can't remember.

what do you mean a redirect page? like the page that flashes "please wait while we redirect you"?

i would want the action to be immediate as to not confuse people.

Yeah, I know that some folks were saying to customize the page for SEO or something. I can't remember
