Is Vbulletion Forum Free to Download and use? if it is what the version number?

Can i setup the Forum and use it without error with SmartFpt only

What other require stuff i need to setup one

Do i really Need SQL?

And how can i disable Error problem?

I also need help on the Guide iam totaly new to vbulletion i dont really know much is there a Easy newb and Simple Full Guide that Help me Setup a Working Vbulletion Forum?
