Yes, i added vbseo, thou i didn't have the time to set it up, i will hopefully do this later tonight..

You should add a link to your site in your sig, remember back links are a very important part of SEO.

I have often had Yahoo! Slurp Spider trawling my site but this morning i had 4 pages full and 1 google spider in among them, this must be a result of the VBSEO as i have never seen so many bots...
