sitemaps

Hi All,
When working with sitemaps is it best to link to just the main forum or let the sitemap creator just 'do it's thing' then create a new sitemap say every week?

Also any good tips on getting backlinks?

well, I guess if your site is Very large it might be good to just link to the main sections..

Unless you have a 100k post, I think it's okay to show all post in the sitemap.

and the best way to get good backlinks is to have quality content that ppl would naturally link to ;)

Other then that, I've posted several quality directories that I've submitting to.

and once you're over the 20k limit (what I read) you can use tricks to submit additional sitemaps each covering a part but... I don't have that problem and never tried but read about it ;)
