Thanks for the link. I justed watch 3 of them at work (shh). Finally nice to hear someone talk about this stuff (somewhat understable), rather than reading a bunch of material that makes my eyes glaze over.

A slight off topic question, how did you get the youtube video inside the post? And a more on topic question, does having an embedded video post enhance ranking in anyway.

I don't think having a embedded video in a post enhances ranking, however it is content and would certainly help enhance the overall user experience in a forum.

There are several hacks which add youtube embedding functionality in the forum, I use Passivevid on mine. Its a simple plugin which parses the normal youtube url and displays the video. Great thing if your members aren't that tech savvy.
