google webmaster tools asking for my sitemap. brandon installed vbseo for me so i am pretty sure thier is a site map but don't know what it is. google wants a link to the sitemap url. how do i know what the url is so i can submit it?

I just set this up for a few sites so I had the window open.
You'll want to select the website sitemap, and then add this as the path

sitemap_index.xml.gz

well,, yoursite.com/forum/sitemap_index.xml.gz
or just
yoursite.com/sitemap_index.xml.gz
