vBulletin question regarding Meta Keywords and Meta Description

I have question regarding the Meta Description and Meta Keywords in vBulletin Admin Panel.

Will the Meta Keywords and Meta Description matter for search optimization?

How many meta keywords should I use?

How long should the Meta Description be?

The meta descriptions will definitely make a difference.. This is also why you should use full forum descriptions, as they are used for the forumdisplay meta descriptions

The keywords should be good words, but the search engines don't place much weight on the keywords in that aspect.
