My "sister" site, owned by a friend is having "server loads of over 30" (her terms, I have no clue what it means). Would this help her? Should I direct her here?

thats WAY !! to high.

our server load is usually about .02
but.. it's still a small site.

Shame my host are annoying and i can't change permissions via FTP and on the control panel it doesnt even work

@ Jibba Jabbas: can't u chmod by ftp?
look for the command 'change attributes' or someting,

normaly u could change these
