Since I upgraded to VB4 I've lose over 1000 visitors a day and my Google revenue has dropped massively, I've reinstalled VBSEO hopefully got it setup pretty much as it was before, but my daily hits are still on a downward turn, how can I get things back to how they were?

If you removed vbseo you pretty much have your answer right there. Hopefully you set it up exactly the same way you had it and you upgraded properly to vb4 and didn't use Impex...
