Haven't checked their plans but if they actually do manual submissions then it should be good, especially if they don't charge a lot of money for it.

However being a directory owner, I regularly come across submissions which are submitted to incorrect category etc. which leads me to believe that high percentage of those links are being submitted through automated software and of course those links never see the light of day!
