Okay, I think I have a better Idea for the next contest.

We will have a posting contest again, but it will have some restrictions.
Only post in these forums will count.

These forums deal directly with vBulletin

You must also get at least one person to sign up with your referral link. You can find more info about that here

This page will keep track of referrals this month.

I'll also hold a 2nd contest for the person that can get the most vBulletin owners to sign up ( they will have to confirm their accounts just like all of you did )

The winner of both contest will get a review of their site with up to 3 deep links to key parts of your website as well as having your vb link dir, turned into featured for one month.

it's actually about 30 forums.. it's the top 2 sections on the forum home

all the ones with the category icons, and then the monetize vb forums

still Plenty of chances to post

Still here to have fun and we can still post in the general forums, but for this part of the contest, it will only be counting the on-topic threads

True. But I am not a member at any VB discussion forums. Just the .org and here. I do know a few people who own forums, might be able to talk to them.

SO, no referrals contest? BTW, in case you're thinking about it, don't mention AdminFusion, as they don't allow referral links.

it's a 2 part contest. One for post count and you must have at least 1 referral.
The 2nd contest is for referrals only, the one who gets the most "vBulletin owners" to join with their link will also win.

The owners I know are here already or don't speak to me anymore (LOL!) < long story

Anyway how do I set this up like you have here Brandon on my site...not doing a contest or anything just adding a referral link like you did?

I'm going to drop the referral part of the contest. Just the post contest for the forums I mentioned

I think the mod to check referrals is F'd up,

you guys should still get ppl to join using your link. We'll do something with that sometime, maybe most referrals for the year

you can get the featured link extended, but not the review two months in a row. I wouldn't know what to say 2 times in a row..lol

and the activity of the whole site as far as posting, has been low this month

Yea. My site has been low this month too. But that is due to my ass not being as active. So... mayb you have become less active also? Really can't stand my members sometimes. Last week I wasn't on for the whole day... came back to one post! I got really POed.

I have about 10 really active members that keep my forum post count at about 50 every 24 hours....if I am there or not...

I wished all my members were as active.

I would love just 3 really active members. It only takes a few leaders to get a forum going. The majority of the people are all followers... And only post, if someone else posts, and rarely make threads and stuff.
