A new forum for Photographic enthusiasts of all skill levels to get together and share techniques of photographing, editing, printing in both digital and analog mediums.

Seperate sections for discussing the industry and new technologies. Areas for Analog and Digital Camera discussions.

Unlike most Photographic Forums I have a seperate category in the actual forum for posting your photographs. This allows for ample discussion of multiple works (like series of photos or several different edits/modes for the same photo). It also allows for posting of others works in similiar threads.

Even though we are still small, we can boast having ALL skill levels from Professional to several 'novice clikers' using inexpensive hardware. (and all levels producing some wonderful photos!!)

VERY new!!

Style came from vbskinworks, but I am already making it 'ours'. Using Shelley's smilies though, like everyone else!! LOL

Finally got it the way I want it I think. Created most of the buttons and icons for myself.

some say it works instantly, others say it takes long
depends on how many of us have been clicking the button as usual I guess

I did it for my sites a few days ago... for some it updated but not all yet

you can try the digg effect on your site.. I haven't done it here ( cuz i really don't know how ) but one of these days I'll figure it out

I did it last week and instantly...4 times more traffic as ususal for 2 days and then back to normal.. it is ok to pull a few over but.. Got 2 commetns on a blog post, that is positive
Will write a few more articels coming week and try one after the other, not to many or they label you for spam

So, anymore ideas about getting MSN to take a snapshot? Their spiders on the forum daily, so they know I exist, but... alas... no thumbnail...

umm... maybe I am just impatient, but still showing up after following eric's link...

This might be something for you to look into Brandon and if you can figure an expedient way of getting your site thumbnailed it would be worth posting about!!

I guess I could convert the thumbnails to alexa, but then I'd have to pay for them..

I hopped on a Alexa the other day and my other forum has a thumbnail, but not this one. Perhaps Foto Fanatix is immune to thumbnailing!! LOL

Wondering if you (and anyone else reading this) could help me come up with a list of meta words for this site?

I may be falling short. Here is the current list in the AdminCP:

photography, discussion, amatuer, professional, help, database, display, vbulletin, community, enthusiast

Any other I should add??
