Review/vbSEO tips Wanted : Auto4ums.com

Hey everyone,

I know the site is bare and there isn't any posts as of yet, but I want the site working well before the members and posts start.

The style is maybe about 80% done, I still need to somehow incase the forums in a kinda table, and theres a few postbit mods I'm still planing, but all in all I wanted something with a low amount of gfx to lower the page load speeds.

If you have any tips on getting the site going please feel free to post and let me know, I'm also wondering what the visitor is thinking once they come to my site?

Still have to mod the welcome header msgs, Want to make them look like the ones on vbseo..

I like the logo a lot, did you make that or buy it ?
for the welcome box, I'd make it an image like we have ( oh, I know mine doesn't look good with that font, but it'll work for now ) There is a thread here on how to..

you should use your Relevant Replacements, not your forum description that is with the base vbulletin.. later in that thread I post what we're using here

I think the garages need some work, but have good potential with your forum.. I'd do some more work with it..

I'd replace this text
Quote:
Welcome to the Auto4ums Garage. This is our member garage(s). Our members have posted their favorite photos to share. Browse the garages and comment on your favorites.
with something like

Quote:
Welcome to the Auto4ums Garage, We all look forward to seeing your fords, Chevy's, or GM cars or trucks..
make this text rich with your keywords but yet with a flowing movement to them so it doesn't look like your cramming keywords

Well, I need to get back to work, I have more suggestions for that garage, and some other parts. We'll get to them later ;)

Thanks, I know the garage needs work, and will update this to the way I want it soon, I don't get much time to work on the site since having a 16 month running around the house..

anymore idea or help you could give would be great, I like the ideas you've given so far! ;)
