No not a free host. I pay for it. I already had my URL purchased through someone else and didn't want to transfer it over to this host. So I used what came with the service I bought.

Not sure yet. I mean I have a domain already, it just isn't pointed to the forum.

I can use the forward feature on my Host and just forward it to the forum URL. But I do not like the way the forwarding feature works with this host.

ah,, well i hope your new url will have the threads like yoursite.com/showthread.php..... not just pointing yoursite.com to the url u have now..

hope ya understand that, I'm getting a bit tired and I need to start updating clients sites now
