Re: Email Confirmation Problem

Test it out, make sure your email doesnt contain spammy text, or make sure its not going into spam filters which is most likely.

If thats not the case your server should have a nice backlog of email failures and the reason for it.

To delete the users, simply locate them in the adminCP and delete them one by one.

Re: Email Confirmation Problem

Is the mail not being sent or is it landing up in their spam folder?

Re: Email Confirmation Problem

More than likely it is all going to their SPAM folder. I have this problem with Yahoo, Hotmail/MSN, and AOL accounts.

I have no idea what to do to stop the problem though.

Re: Email Confirmation Problem

Add SPF record to your DNS entry, it should help.

Also edit the email template and provide an unsubscribe option at the bottom.
