Caldo clarificado
caldo de verduras poner todos los elementos limpios y troceados en una marmita con agua fria.
poner al fuego hasta que empieze a hervir.
bajar el fuego y dejar cocer desespumando constantemente durante al menos
2 horas.
colar y quedarse solo con el liquido.
