Ham Puffs
bdude Join Date: Aug 2007 Location: Tasmania, Australia Posts: 477 Recipes: 2	Description: This is something my mum always makes for hors d'oeuvres - incredibly simple.
Other:	Ingredients:
Time: 10 - 15 minutes Difficulty: Very simple Serving Size: Hors d'oeuvre	Ham Puff Pastry Mayonaisse
Preparation:
1. Cut the ham into small pieces
Instructions:
1. Cut the puff pastry into pieces big enough to fold around the ham. 2. Place bits of ham on the pieces of pastry. 3. Place a small amount of mayonaise on the ham (you could possibly add a bit of dijon mustard or dijonaise if you so wished) 4. Fold the pastry over. 5. If desired, brush with egg or milk. 6. Bake until crispy and golden.
